What you think about chance to beat Irtis in first round?Kazahstan football is in expansion but Irtis is not strong like Kairat or Astana.
We play against Kairat 2015 and lose two games.

Hello and welcome to our forum. We are ecstatic to have some foreign guests, so feel comfortable with us. Well, it's fair to say that everyone knows who Crvena Zvezda are, so maybe it's better to introduce you who we are.
We are Dunav from Ruse - one of the most beautiful cities in Bulgaria nicknamed as "the small Vienna" because of the architecture and its location on the bank of the Danube. We are also the biggest Bulgarian city on the river.
Dunav is one of the legendary clubs in Bulgaria with an established fan-base despite the fact we had to endure a very tough period in the last 25 years. The club was not able to compete in the top flight during all those years, and we had to survive two bankruptcies - in 2003 and 2010. But finally, we were back last year. The club won two consecutive promotions in the last two years - from Third Division and then from the Second one as an unchallenged champion. Dunav is one of the clubs from Bulgaria with the lowest budget, but last year we exceeded all the expectations by finishing fourth after everyone predicted hard days for us in the relegation battle. We play our games in Ruse, and our home stadium is a bit old-school. We had to play most of the last year's games in Razgrad town which is located 70 kilometres away from Ruse. In fact, we managed to play only four games in Ruse due to the works on our stadium. Nevertheless, we had a full house in all of our home matches in Ruse, and a very respectable number of fans in Razgrad as well.


Our team is playing practically only with local players. We have only one Ukranian footballer and that's it.

Hello gvozdeni puk! Welcome to our forum from me. As El rio gigante provided you with some information, I'd like to confirm that we are expected to play our home EL qualification matches in Ruse. However, the capacity of the stadium would be reduced to some 6-7 000 seats.

Hello from me, too. As already responded in a private message, we are respecting fans of other teams, as well as possible future opponents. We enthusiastic to play again in an international tournament. Our first participation was 42 years ago and we met Roma for UEFA Cup in 1975. The first game we lost 2:0 in Italy, but the return one was won 1:0 which unfortunately was not enough to proceed to next stage.

We are sure lot of Crvena zvezda fans would come to Ruse in the Secound Qualification Round and are looking forward to such games between our clubs. Of course the conditions is to beat Irtysh first, where everything is possible. The couch of the team from Pavlodar is a Bulgarian and he may have more sources to scout our team with the nickname "the dragons".

I had watched the match in Razgrad. Zvezda's fans are definitely the best i've ever seen. Great singing. Non stop for 90 minutes. It will be great if I see it again after few weeks in Ruse

Hi, Serbian pall.    Thank you for joining us. We really would be glad to reach matches with you. After all Red Star is well known here. Because of our so called red "CSKA-Sofia" we've been through some difficulties recently and when I saw you in the second qualifying round, it was to much for me of "red stars". Well, that's joke of course.    Hopefully we will meet in Ruse and Beograde and that would be something. We are just neighbours with Ludogorets, who you are already well acquiainted,  but stand as entirely different types of clubs and styles. They are the much more experienced and wealthy team but nevertheless we are pretty equal match for them. So, we can bite if there's reason, so the games with us are always tense, unpredictable and crazy. We are something like sensation in the First Premier Leauge as they say and good days for us are yet to come. Let's pray for us to eliminate Irtish and see with you our Serbian brothers. The sport competition is on the field alone. You have incredible fans that make fantastic atmoshere and is pleasure to meet you.

To be honest,that was probably our best match in Europe last 5 years,we missed big chance to play in Champion League.Because of that we must to sell best player Aleksandar Katai to Alaves and lose championship.Now is time of rebuilding.
We have some newcomers-Ricardihno and Vujadin Savic from Sheriff Tiraspol and Filip Stojkovic from Munchen 1860.Its not all,tranfer period is start today in Serbia.Our plan is to have maximum five foreign players.

I missed last year. I should make acquainted with your new-commers. Was impressed by Katai, he was unordenary player, very flexible in game. He scored whereas I remember. You're strong team by any means but Ludogorets is really strong when they want something. It,s tough to beat them. Last year comments went that you had some financial difficulties. Are you currently allright? Our policy is similar - domestic players mainly and a couple of foreigners but just enough. There is often no point spending a lot of money for doubtable quality players from abroad when you have good ones just under the nose and you neglect them.

But situation is better than last years.Big problem was in defenders,they were too slow for Cafu and Wanderson.Goalkeeper also have bad day in Belgrade.

Yeah, very skilled player indeed. I recall him vividly. Financial issues are everywhere, a great number of oldschool teams here went bankrupt as well. We also did some 7-8 years ago but we found a way to reborn as a phoenix bird. The most important thing is love and spirit.

But first we will focus on the possible elimination of our current opponent and then we will discuss. For the time being let's avoid putting cart before the horse.

Dunav Ruse is very underrated in serbian press,everobody expect Irtish in second round.

That's a role we are used to. I think it's because of the fact we are newbies and no one really knows anything about us, so it's normal to place a "safe bet" on a team with more European experience. However, the Bulgarian championship is still stronger than the Kazakh one despite the money that is pouring over there. And Dunav is a team with really strong balance against everyone in Top 6, including Ludogorets. And that wasn't just one-off sparkle, but something that persisted all season long. Personally I think Dunav has everything to be a very dangerous team in Europe. First and foremost all the players are very well integrated into the squad. A bunch of our main guys are here for 3-4 years, they were with us even in Third division. The team is very strong physically and has an extremely good level of tactical discipline. Everyone is quite aware of the fact we don't have any star players and the team is what matters the most. As a style, Dunav follows the one of Athletico Madrid - a very aggressive, pressuring football on a high speed, without too many passes. Our team is the one that has the most goal situations and shots towards the goal in the league as we are capable of reaching the opposite side within 5-7 seconds and to create a goal situation out of that. So, our team should not be underestimated. Yes, we don't have any big names, all of the players are selected from the lower divisions but when it comes to a team play, that's a whole different story.
